HGV Class 1 driver

Overview

Challenge TRG is actively seeking Class 1 drivers for various shift patterns for trunking work in the Rugby area.

Summary of Pay Rates

Pay rates:

• £18.49 - £21.01
• Increase after 6 weeks: £19.18 - £23.12
• £2 Peak rate increase from 17/11
• New Pass accepted with full training provided

Shift Information

• Afternoon & Night shifts preferred; however, AM drivers are also welcome.
• All shift patterns can be accommodated.

Responsibilities

• Trunking work to RDCs.

Requirements for Class 1 HGV Driver

• Valid HGV Class 1 Licence
• Valid drivers CPC Card
• Valid digital tachograph card
• Full understanding of WTD Legislation
• Good geographical knowledge of the UK road network
