About The Role

Cornerstone Healthcare is seeking an experienced Housekeeper/Cleaner to join Cornerstone Healthcare's award-winning team at Kitnocks House, a 63-bed service dedicated to providing high-quality care across 4 specialized units. Cornerstone Healthcare's focus is on individualized care, taking into account the unique challenges faced by Cornerstone Healthcare's residents.

• Positive attitude towards residents and a commitment to maintaining high housekeeping standards.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, forming positive relationships with colleagues, residents, and families.

What hours will you work?

Week 1 - 3 days: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday from 08:00 to 18:00

Week 2 - 4 days: Monday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday from 08:00 to 18:00

Total average of 35 hours worked per week.

What will you be doing?

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness within the home.
• Vacuuming, polishing, and mopping floors, and ensuring the upkeep of all communal areas and residents’ bedrooms.
• Receiving training on health and safety and the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Checking that equipment is stocked, clean, and ready for the next day.
• Ensuring residents are kept happy while performing cleaning duties.
