What will you do:

As a Housekeeper, you will become an integral part of the site accommodation team, getting Hello Student Management Limited's sites ready for Hello Student Management Limited's customers for another year of their student life.

Provide GREAT customer service:

• Provide a warm, welcoming environment to students, parents, and visitors to your buildings when you come across them.
• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness throughout the Hello Student locations, ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.

Take Lead:

• Control and management of cleaning supplies.
• Establishing and developing working relationships with your team.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience ensuring exceptional cleanliness and standards in commercial or residential buildings.
• Experience of providing excellent customer service when needed.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt accordingly to the situation.
