Overview

Sales Advisor - Colchester job in 9-11 Culver Street West.

This is a permanent part-time position offering both 20 hours and 16 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Colchester store.

As a Sales Advisor, you are responsible for always putting H&M's customers firstwhile creating an exceptional shopping experience in-store. Together with a great team, you contribute to the sales and profitin your storeand share product and fashionknowledge.

Key responsibilities:

• You are responsible for inspiring H&M's customers by promoting campaigns, offers, and activities and delivering a great customer experience that contributes to the sales and profit goals of your store.
• You give and receive honest feedback to support not only your own development but also your colleague’s development.
• You follow health and safety routines to promote the safety and well-being of all H&M's colleagues and customers.

Availability 3-4 days fully flexible, weekends included. Unfortunately, this is not a position that H&M is able to offer sponsorship for under the skilled worker route.
