Selwood Housing is looking for a dynamic and results-driven leader to join Selwood Housing's Operations Leadership Team, taking ownership of Selwood Housing's compliance and mechanical & engineering programmes, while overseeing fleet and operational administration.

The role: In this pivotal role, you will manage a range of internal and external contractors and suppliers, ensuring they consistently meet and exceed safety and compliance standards. You'll play a critical part in delivering fire safety, servicing, inspection programmes, and home upgrades—keeping Selwood Housing's customers safe while improving their living conditions.

• Commercial awareness: Experience in managing budgets and contracts.
• Relevant qualifications: Building safety, construction, or related qualifications.

Key responsibilities:

• Use data to inform strategic decisions that drive Selwood Housing's compliance and M&E programmes.
• Manage the performance of internal teams and external contractors, ensuring successful delivery of all compliance, servicing, and enhancement projects.
• Manage programme finances effectively.
• Foster strong relationships with key internal and external partners.
• Ensure consistent programme performance, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
