Head of FP&A

Overview

CMA Recruitment Group's client, one of the UK’s largest and leading businesses within their particular field, currently has an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior FP&A professional to join them in an exciting role based at their offices in Bournemouth, Dorset.

Role Overview

What will the Head of FP&A role involve?

• Reporting directly into the CFO and managing one direct report within FP&A.
• Management of all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the group.
• Ownership and control of all financial data and MI across the group.
• Development of financial models and producing key information such as performance analysis, trends, and KPIs with supporting commentary and recommendations.
• Production of a monthly draft Board Pack, extracting relevant data for the CFO.
• Working closely with management teams on ad hoc projects including all analytical support and what-if scenarios.
• Presenting financial information to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

Suitable Candidate for the Head of FP&A role:

• Fully CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified.
• Experience within a senior Financial Planning & Analysis role.
• Business partnering experience.
• Excel Modelling skills.
