The Role

• Lead the financial reporting function, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Work closely with senior leadership to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Shape the financial control environment and drive improvements in financial processes.
• Liaise with investors and stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency in financial performance.

What Robert Half're Looking For

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
• Practice-trained ideally, with a strong foundation in audit or assurance.
• Experience in a financial accounting or reporting role within industry.
• Strong technical accounting skills, ideally honed in a PE-backed or large listed environment.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
• Proven track record in financial reporting, IFRS expertise preferred.
