Harvest Supervisor

Overview

Agrial Fresh Produce have an exciting opportunity for a permanent Harvest Supervisor to join Agrial Fresh Farms in Colchester. You'll be a key member of Agrial Fresh Produce's dedicated farming team supplying the freshest salad leaves to market!

Main Responsibilities

• Day to day supervision of the harvesting teams.
• Report any staffing, quality or quantity issues to the Harvest Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, hygiene and dress code rules in the field.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies as a principle.
• Crop walking and attention to detail of all outdoor crops.
• Check weekly and monthly record sheets are complete and up to date.
• Control productivity for day to day field harvest operations.

Skills and Experience Required

• Good understanding of Outdoor Wholehead Crops.
• Previous harvesting and operational skills across various products.
• Experience leading teams, ideally up to 20-30 people.
• Multi-lingual skills are desirable but not required.
