The opportunity?
Join a proactive, creative, and dynamic team to drive the digital agenda for Provider Services in HAS.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support a new Digital Care Record and e-Scheduling system.
- Work alongside Service Managers and a wider Project Team.
- Ensure efficient and accurate data capture.
- Provide ongoing support and resolve critical issues post-launch.
Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Adult Social Care Provider Services practice and legislation.
- Proven expertise in Case Management and Scheduling IT systems.
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver change initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with a range of stakeholders.
- Collaborative approach with various partners.
This role is pivotal for delivering the integration and digital agendas in Health and Adult Services.
