The opportunity?

Join a proactive, creative, and dynamic team to drive the digital agenda for Provider Services in HAS.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and support a new Digital Care Record and e-Scheduling system.
• Work alongside Service Managers and a wider Project Team.
• Ensure efficient and accurate data capture.
• Provide ongoing support and resolve critical issues post-launch.

Requirements:

• Comprehensive knowledge of Adult Social Care Provider Services practice and legislation.
• Proven expertise in Case Management and Scheduling IT systems.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver change initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with a range of stakeholders.
• Collaborative approach with various partners.

This role is pivotal for delivering the integration and digital agendas in Health and Adult Services.
