Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inductions and training programs.
• Review and enhance safe systems of work.
• Deliver refresher courses, MHE training, and manual handling.
• Train staff in various DC roles.
• Promote safety practices actively.
• Ensure compliance with safety checks.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• FLT and counterbalance certification.
• Extensive warehouse experience.
• Experience with contractors, managing right-to-work documentation.
• IOSH certification is highly desirable.
