At Center Parcs, Center Parcs's accommodation is designed to the highest standards. Join Center Parcs's Housekeeping team to ensure families enjoy quality time in comfort. You will supervise the cleaning operations for various accommodation units and lead a team of Housekeeping Assistants.
Your responsibilities include:
- Training and developing team members to achieve cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Allocating duties and monitoring cleaning standards.
- Maintaining security within the department.
HOURS OF WORK: You will work Fridays and Mondays, contracted for 64 or 72 hours every 4 weeks, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with paid travel included.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Essential: Sociable and confident with strong interpersonal skills.
- Technologically adept with a willingness to learn.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Desirable: Experience in a demanding service environment.
- Background in cleaning or hospitality.
- Customer service experience.
