Housekeeping Team Leader

At Center Parcs, Center Parcs pride ourselves on providing accommodation that meets the highest standards. As the Housekeeping Team Leader, you will be pivotal in maintaining the cleanliness and quality of over 700 accommodation units, including apartments, penthouses, lodges, and treehouses.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the cleaning operations for accommodation units.
- Leading and developing a team of Housekeeping Assistants.
- Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained daily.
- Organizing and allocating duties among team members.
- Monitoring cleaning standards and maintaining security protocols.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 64 hours over a 4-week period on a flexible schedule. Typically, your shifts will be Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Please note that your working hours may include public and bank holidays, as well as Christmas and New Year on a rota basis.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Essential requirements:
- Sociably confident with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using technology and handheld devices.
- A motivational approach to colleagues.
- Empathetic leadership skills.
Desirable requirements:
- Experience in a service-driven environment.
- Prior experience in the cleaning or hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to coach and encourage team accountability.
