West Sussex County Council - Schools is seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and passionate Inclusion Mentor to work with students facing various challenges that affect their progress. This position is located at The Regis School, where you will join an established and committed team.

Responsibilities

• Support vulnerable and challenging students.
• Work closely with students experiencing barriers to learning and engagement.
• Provide creative and calm support under pressure.

Work Pattern

Term-time only, 35 hours per week (8am – 3:30pm). Flexibility on hours can be discussed at interview.
