Balfour Primary School requires an enthusiastic, committed and qualified Individual Needs Assistant (INA) 1:1. The successful candidate will be expected to have knowledge and experience supporting children with ASC, attachment and communication needs. They will need to be calm, patient and able to follow structure and boundaries in order to support children in accessing the curriculum and learning environment. In addition, the successful candidate will provide support at lunchtime.

Hours: The post holder will be expected to work Monday - Friday term time only, from 8:45am - 3:30pm. This includes a 15-minute break and a 30-minute lunch.
Salary: The starting salary is NJC Scale 4a (£25,119 - £25,545) pro rata.
