About the Job

This exciting position challenges you to provide full end-to-end technical support to users of University of East London's services. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing remote and telephone-based IT support
  • Hands-on technical work
  • Triage, analysis, and resolution of incidents
  • Management of service requests related to software, hardware, and audio-visual services

Reporting to the IT Frontline Services Manager, you will actively contribute to customer satisfaction by meeting SLA/OLA targets.

About You

University of East London seek a customer-focused, positive, and proactive team player with:

  • Proven track record in enterprise software and hardware support
  • Ability to adapt and resolve incidents and problems
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to influence decisions

You should be comfortable writing user-oriented guides and maintaining administrative systems while managing technical aspects of University of East London's services.
