Kitchen Assistant

Overview

Clarence House Day Nurseries is currently looking for a Kitchen Assistant to work in Clarence House Day Nurseries's nursery kitchen. You will be working 20 hours a week, from 1-5pm, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £11.44 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of food including cooking meals and preparing fruit, vegetables, and desserts as directed by the Nursery Manager.
• Unloading deliveries and organizing the storeroom.
• Cleaning and storing crockery, pots, pans, and cutlery using the nursery dishwasher.
• Daily cleaning of kitchen surfaces, cooking equipment, and floors.
• Undertaking additional duties as determined by the Nursery Manager.

Candidate Profile:

Clarence House Day Nurseries’re looking for a self-motivated, passionate team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. You should hold or be willing to complete suitable qualifications in Food Hygiene and preparation.
