• Crafting an unforgettable shopping experience for every customer who walks through Poundstretcher's doors.
• Keeping a close eye on sales performance and helping to boost those numbers.
• Hitting KPIs and driving profitability – because success is Poundstretcher's middle name!
• Supporting your team by recruiting, managing, and motivating them to smash store objectives.
• Ensuring all company standards are top-notch and consistently maintained.
• Prioritising the health and safety of your store and colleagues.
