Poundstretcher is currently looking to recruit a part-time Key Holder, working 8 hours per week, with the potential for overtime as needed. In this role, you will report directly to the Store and Deputy Manager, giving you the autonomy to contribute to the success of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering an excellent shopping experience for the customer
- Reviewing sales performance and implementing measures to drive sales
- Meeting KPI’s and ensuring profitability
- Recruiting, managing, and motivating staff to achieve store objectives
- Ensuring all company standards are implemented and maintained
- Maintaining health and safety standards within the store
