Overview

Sevenoaks School is currently seeking to appoint KAN Mentors to support The Kent Academies Network.

Sevenoaks School is looking for candidates who are supportive, kind, and reliable with good communication skills, and the ability to show empathetic understanding of barriers to Higher Education that may be facing KAN students.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide academic support to students in various subjects.
• Assist students in overcoming personal and academic challenges.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a salary of £12.74 per hour. Additional benefits will be provided as per the school's policies.

Requirements

Education and Skills

• A background in education or mentoring is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to relate to and motivate students.

Experience

Previous experience in mentoring or teaching roles will be an advantage.
