ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Kitchen Porter, you will be part of a dedicated kitchen team, maintaining a clean and safe workplace across all back-of-house areas. Ideal candidates should have experience in food, restaurant, or café environments, or at least a strong passion for good food. Stamina and organization are essential as you coordinate your station seamlessly in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

SALARY: £11.55 per hour + TRONC

HOURS: Full time, approximately 40 hours per week

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect and wash pots, pans, plates, and cutlery
• Ensure items are put back into service as quickly as possible
• Wash and disinfect kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors, and walls
• Properly store all kitchen equipment
• Organize the storeroom
• Follow and adhere to cleaning rotas at all times
• Remove and recycle waste from the kitchen
• Comply with internal audit requirements
