Role Responsibilities

• You’ll maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in all kitchen areas by following established procedures each day set by the Head Chef.
• You’ll assist in food preparation when required.
• You’ll display efficient working practices and ensure all kitchen utensils, cookware, and crockery are properly cleaned in a timely manner.
• You must support the Kitchen Team with various tasks.
• Ensure that pot-wash standards are dealt with efficiently and that cleanliness is maintained at all times.
• Assist in ensuring a high level of Health & Safety, cleanliness, and food hygiene, adhering to safe working practices.
• Assist in par stock ordering for cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Be aware of COSHH regulations and proper use of PPE.
• Support the Head Chef with stock taking and checking deliveries.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job.
• Attend all Health & Safety, Fire Safety, and Food Safety training as directed by your Line Manager.
