L3 Apprenticeship in Early Years

Overview

Little Hubbers Day Nursery is looking to take on an unqualified Nursery support to complete a Level 3 apprenticeship in Early Years. This position is ideal for school leavers seeking work experience in a nursery setting.

Responsibilities

You will need to have a passion for working with children and a good understanding of supporting their development. Your role will require you to be flexible with working patterns, dynamic, and able to work as part of a team. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily nursery operations
• Supporting children’s learning and development
• Collaborating with the nursery team and management

Shift and Schedule

Hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 6 PM.

Qualifications

This role requires you to either hold or be prepared to gain certifications in:

• Pediatric First Aid
• Safeguarding
• Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness

Education and Experience

Preferred qualifications include:

• GCSE or equivalent
• Maths and English qualifications
