Slater Gordon is looking for a Waive Officer / Legal Administrator to join Slater Gordon's Liverpool team. In this role, you will manage waive requests efficiently across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse data for credit note requests from suppliers.
  • Maintain records of credit notes requested and received.
  • Produce reports and management information.
  • Deliver specific tasks assigned by your manager.
  • Assist in resolving process issues.
  • Comply with company rules related to health & safety and data protection.
  • Safeguard confidential documents under GDPR guidelines.

About You:

  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in a legal environment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers and team members.
  • Good time management and organizational abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills.
