Medway Council is currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Corporate Trainer. In this role, you will be required to develop and implement effective learning programmes in line with council requirements to maintain an 'all solution' environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver effective learning solutions to external customers as part of income generation.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to assess and identify training and development needs.
- Identify problems and suggest solutions to enhance training effectiveness.
- Utilize various delivery methods such as face-to-face, virtual, e-learning, and video creation to maximize training attendance.
- Regularly maintain and update training materials to ensure compliance and relevance.
- Identify and propose new areas of learning for future programmes to align with legislative changes.
