Rayner Personnel's client is seeking to recruit an ambitious and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator into their vibrant and successful company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting Landlords and Tenants while delivering an excellent level of customer service.

The Role:

• Arranging and accompanying property viewings
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Ensuring lettings compliance is adhered to
• Providing regular updates and feedback to landlords
• Conducting check-ins and check-outs
• Dealing with any Landlord or Tenant queries
• Arranging and carrying out property inspections
• Remarketing re-lets
• Managing keys and arranging collections

About You:

• Sound knowledge of the local Lettings market
• Understanding of Lettings compliance
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident and well presented
• Full UK Driver's License
• Deliver excellent customer care
• Competent in Word and IT skills

The successful candidate will be joining a strong independent agent that is recognized throughout the Barnsley area. A candidate that lives locally or in the surrounding area with a strong market knowledge would be advantageous.
