Succeed Recruitment have a brand new, fabulous opportunity for a detail-oriented travel industry professional to join a luxury experiential travel brand.
As a Luxury Reservations & Pre-Travel Services Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating reservations for clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient booking process.
This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, providing them with information about availability, rates, and services. Responsibilities include:
- Managing daily inbox and responding to customer inquiries.
- Coordinating group management tasks including loading initial group contracts and maintaining records.
- Issuing booking sales reports daily.
- Supporting the company’s visa processing.
- Handling all tour documentation for guests pre- and post-travel.
- Managing the Reservations system and inventory.
- Creating and editing reservation promotions and special offers.
Skills required for the role:
- Previous experience in the travel sector (sales/reservations/customer service).
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
- Approachable with the ability to build effective relationships.
- A strong understanding of GDPR.
- Flexible team player with good skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
This position operates Monday to Friday and is based in a beautiful office near Altrincham. On offer is a starting salary of circa £25k depending on experience, along with benefits and opportunities to travel.
