Hours of Work:

• 1 x Saturday 09:00-16:00 plus Monday 16:00-20:00 (10.5 hours)
• 1 x Saturday 09:00-16:00 plus Monday and Tuesday 17:00-20:00 (12.5 hours)

The Role:

• The role will be fully remote.
• The Department’s operational hours are Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00, Sat 09:00-16:00 and Sunday 10:00-16:00.
• You will assist Lyons Davidson Solicitors's clients using appropriate communication channels.
• This role includes various legal disciplines such as personal injury, civil litigation, and legal helpline.
• Contact referred clients in a timely manner and gather information to process their claims and assist with their needs.
• Handle inbound customer service calls, update existing claims, and answer general inquiries.
• Be the first point of contact for the legal advice lines, taking details from clients and transferring them to the appropriate department.

The Skills Required:

• A friendly and upbeat telephone manner is essential.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible individuals with a positive approach to customer service are required.
• Empathetic and patient demeanor is needed, with a willingness to go the extra mile for clients.
• IT literacy is preferred; full system training will be provided.
• Good spelling and grammar are necessary to ensure accurate information capture.

Salary Structure: Starting Salary is £21,000 pro rata and will be reviewed after a 3-month probationary period, with further reviews based on performance and the Annual Appraisal process.
