Pilgrim's Europe currently have new permanent opportunities for Class 1 (C&E) Livestock Drivers who have a real commitment to animal welfare and wish to join Pilgrim's Europe's dedicated in-house transport team based near Halesworth, Suffolk or Kings Lynn, Norfolk.
Preferably candidates should have livestock experience and hold a valid NPTC qualification, but full training would be provided for any candidates who express enthusiasm and a willingness to succeed in livestock haulage.
A successful candidate can earn in excess of £50,000 p.a. depending upon work patterns, with an overnight subsistence rate of £30.00 per night, plus all necessary expenses are reimbursed.
Shift and Schedule
Work patterns are predominantly Monday to Friday but can include occasional nights out, so it is important that you are self-motivated and have a flexible and enthusiastic approach.
Requirements
You must hold a valid driver’s CPC and digital tachograph card, with a good understanding of tachograph legislation, drivers’ hours, and working time directive.
