A fantastic opportunity has arisen for one of the fastest growing multi-disciplinary surveying practices in the UK. Tailored Talent Ltd provide specialist surveying services to architects, planning consultants, utility companies, government agencies, engineers, ecologists, and various other construction-related professionals.

Tailored Talent Ltd's work spans across architecture planning, retail, commercial & facilities management, infrastructure & highways, and construction & civil engineering sectors.

Due to rapid expansion, Tailored Talent Ltd is now looking for an experienced Land Surveyor & Measured Building Surveyor to join Tailored Talent Ltd's team. The ideal candidate will have experience in surveying and will be based in the East Midlands or Tailored Talent Ltd's Manchester office.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Implement work instructions
• Carry out Land and Measured Building surveys
• Post-process survey data
• Assist in resolving any issues

Experience & Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience delivering land surveys is essential
• Competent user of survey instrumentation – GPS, Total Stations, Leica, 3D scanner (advantageous)
• Proficient in 2D / 3D AutoCAD
• Experience in completing Measured Building Surveys (MBS) or topographical surveys is a plus
• Civils, Construction, or Surveying background is ideal
• Must hold a UK Driving License
• Ability to use LSS for processing is desirable
• Familiarity with laser scanning, Cyclone Core, and Register 360 is desirable
