Client Support Management Team
This team provides centralized support within the Global Corporate and Investment Banking Division, allowing exposure to various teams and products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Client Support Team in managing ad-hoc tasks for commercial customers.
- Assisting in processes such as Customer Due Diligence and regulatory classification.
- Interacting with customers and internal stakeholders to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborating with Analysts & Associates for client management activities.
Key Tasks
As part of your role, you may engage in:
- Managing customer mandate queries and amendments.
- Handling general bank account inquiries, including payments and account closures.
- Updating static data, including Account Officer code changes.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency.

- The ability to support large workloads and meet tight deadlines.
- Good problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
