Client Support Management Team

This team provides centralized support within the Global Corporate and Investment Banking Division, allowing exposure to various teams and products.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Client Support Team in managing ad-hoc tasks for commercial customers.
  • Assisting in processes such as Customer Due Diligence and regulatory classification.
  • Interacting with customers and internal stakeholders to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborating with Analysts & Associates for client management activities.

Key Tasks

As part of your role, you may engage in:

  • Managing customer mandate queries and amendments.
  • Handling general bank account inquiries, including payments and account closures.
  • Updating static data, including Account Officer code changes.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
