Mealtime Assistant for Caring Environment

Overview

Salary: NJC Grade A - £22,366 FTE (Paid pro-rata based on hours and weeks worked).

Working Pattern: Permanent position working 2 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.

Bratton Fleming Primary School seeks a Mealtime Assistant to join Ventrus Multi Academy Trust's successful and caring team. Ventrus Multi Academy Trust need someone with a strong, sensitive, and caring approach to children's needs, who can be flexible, communicate effectively, and think creatively.

Responsibilities include:

• Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
• Maintaining high expectations of children's behaviour.
• Working collaboratively as part of a team.
• Using initiative when required.

The role will involve working Monday and Tuesday lunchtimes from 12:20 PM to 1:20 PM, starting November 2024.
