Position Overview

The Market Access Lead will report directly to the Senior Director, Head of International Market Access and Reimbursement and will primarily develop and implement market access strategies across selected geographies outside of the Exact Sciences Corporation, focusing on the UK and Ireland, as well as the Nordic Region. The place of work is on-site in the UK office, London.

Essential Duties

• Support the development and execution of Market Access and Reimbursement plans to achieve and/or maintain successful reimbursement in the UK.
• Prepare the reimbursement dossier and guide the reimbursement submissions process.
• Secure broad access to Exact Sciences products at national and hospital levels.
• Adapt and implement market access tools at a country level.
• Generate local RWE data to strengthen value demonstration.
• Become the point of contact for all Market Access strategic initiatives.
• Support the commercial team to secure private insurance coverage.
• Propose and lead evidence generation projects.
• Monitor and provide guidance on pricing and reimbursement policies.
• Share market access learnings and best practices.
• Communicate UK specific market access needs.
• Provide strategic thinking into products lifecycle.
• Partner with trade associations to raise awareness of challenges linked to patient access.

Minimum Qualifications

• University degree required in a related field.
• 6-8 years of market access experience.
• Deep understanding of the UK Health Care system.
• Solid track record in developing Market Access strategies.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with communication tools.
• Strong project management skills.
• High energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to combine strategic vision with tactical execution.

Physical and Travel Requirements

• Ability to travel 30% of working time away from work location.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics or related disciplines.
• Experience with diagnostics preferred.
• Previous experience with Oncology products strongly preferred.
