Overview: The Isle of Wight MASH (Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub) is being established to promote effective joint working and decision-making for children and families.
Role and Responsibilities: As a social worker within MASH, you will collaborate with various statutory partners, engage in the development and implementation of the MASH, and actively participate in safeguarding practices.
Salary and Benefits:
- Annual salary between £35,488 and £38,232.
- Market supplement of £2,603 to £8,657.

Work Schedule: You will be expected to work 37 hours per week, following a nine-day working fortnight that provides an additional 26 days off in lieu per year.
