Join Outcomes First Group as a Maintenance Assistant at Acorn Park School in Norwich, where your role is vital for the upkeep of Outcomes First Group's educational and residential facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform porterage and handyman duties, including moving goods and furniture, painting, and minor repairs.
• Complete routine maintenance tasks and maintain log books.
• Ensure timely grounds maintenance and manage outdoor tasks.
• Clear drains and gullies, and manage snow and gritting operations.
• Coordinate with external contractors for larger maintenance tasks.
• Conduct statutory checks and maintain required paperwork.
• Monitor small maintenance projects with the Facilities Manager.
• Oversee the serviceability of school vehicles.
• Secure premises, including fire alarm operations and locking buildings.
