About the Role

You will join a small, close-knit team providing first-line support to Places for People's customers, which include tenants, clients, contractors, and other external parties. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with Places for People's internal teams to ensure that all maintenance tasks are managed quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords.
• Manage and resolve maintenance requests efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and teamwork.

Essential Criteria

• Good IT skills.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong organizational abilities.

A Basic DBS check is mandatory for this position, reflecting Places for People's commitment to safer recruitment practices.

Working Pattern

This role offers a hybrid working pattern. While you will initially need to attend the office full-time for the first few weeks, you will have the opportunity to work from home several days each week if preferred.
