Master Data Co-Ordinator, Full-time, Urgent Position

Overview

Purpose

This role is a senior member of Pilgrims Europe's centralised master data team, reporting to the Master Data Manager, with specific responsibilities for Customer & Vendor requests. The focus is on maintaining the quality of SAP data, processing request forms, and managing workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Support administration of Vendor and Customer Creates/Amends
• Monitor Master Data mailbox & Manage Engine ticketing system
• Maintain an accurate log of requests
• Ensure proper authorisation of requests
• Prioritise requests to adhere to service levels
• Validate the quality of master data in requests
• Enter data accurately into SAP
• Escalate issues to the Master Data Manager
• Follow System Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Update SOPs as needed
• Comply with SOX Audit requirements
• Prepare monthly SOX reports
• Protect confidential data
• Participate in process improvements

Skills & Knowledge

• Meticulous attention to detail
• Self-disciplined and able to follow instructions
• Experience in data entry
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Ability to identify process improvements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• SAP master data transaction experience
• High level of data accuracy
• Knowledge of workflow systems
