Salary: Circa £40,000 DOE + 23 Days Holiday (Increasing up to 25 Days with Service) + Bank Holidays + Benefits Package
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will join a specialist and growing aircraft services company with a global reputation. This role offers a chance to significantly impact designs used for prestigious clients and to engage with the latest EV technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop concept drawings to support the proposal/quotation process.
- Create technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Generate 3D designs with Inventor.
- Compile Bill of Materials (BOMs), selecting components and costings.
- Support product testing on-site.
Candidate Requirements
- Mechanical design background.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in both 3D and 2D CAD software.
