Radical Forge's Mission

Radical Forge is a Middlesbrough, UK-based developer that has provided co-development services on a range of AAA and indie titles. In 2021 the company created their first original IP, 'Bright Paw', which was published on PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One/Series S/X, Google and iOS by Rogue Games. Radical Forge is currently working on Radical Forge's newest IP, Southfield, which you can look forward to playing soon!!

Since its beginnings in 2017, the company has grown to over 60 incredibly talented, collaborative, and creative individuals. Radical Forge is the sum of Radical Forge's skills, passion, and, most of all, Radical Forge's people. • Have the ability to deal with changing demands.

Skills Summary

• Strong Unreal Experience
• 5+ years of professional game development experience, with at least 1 shipped title.
• Excellent knowledge of C++
• Strong programming skills including knowledge of best practice and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance analysis skills.
• Proven track record of developing high-quality game features and systems.
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.

This role can be office based, hybrid, or remote within the UK.

Radical Forge will require all applicants to have a pre-existing right to work in the UK.

The role will initially be a 12 month contract with the potential to extend after this.
