The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be adept at using both power and hand tools. As a Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of R & h vehicle services's equipment and vehicles, contributing to the overall efficiency of R & h vehicle services's operations.

Duties

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various machinery and vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time taken.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry practices and technologies.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• A relevant qualification or certification in mechanics is an advantage but not essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
