About the opportunity: Everton FC is extremely excited to search for a Maintenance Operative to join Everton FC's Facilities department based at Everton FC's training ground, Finch Farm.

As a Maintenance Operative, you will carry out general and minor repairs around the training ground, as well as planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks, ensuring high standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading on planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and statutory compliance tasks.
• Assisting with development and upgrades of facilities.
• Maintaining the appearance of internal and external areas.
• Responding efficiently to requests as needed.
• Supervising visiting contractors if required.
• Working out-of-hours and bank holidays as necessary.
• Operating machinery safely while following all health and safety procedures.
