Maintenance Operative

Overview

As a Maintenance Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all requested repairs are completed to the required standards within specified deadlines. This position offers an exciting opportunity for those with maintenance experience in areas such as joinery, plumbing, and painting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out both reactive and proactive maintenance tasks.
• Manage your workflow independently while also collaborating with the team as needed.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance during all tasks.
• Purchase and manage materials using a company account card from approved suppliers.

Working Conditions

The role requires a flexible working pattern of Monday to Friday, with 7.5 hours each day scheduled between 08:00 and 18:00.

On-Call Requirements

You will be expected to participate in an on-call rota, covering weekends and out-of-hours work to provide 24/7 emergency support.
