Footasylum is several for Management opportunities available across Footasylum's London region, including Store Manager and Assistant Manager roles.

You will be working directly with an established team to help create the best customer shopping experience possible. Footasylum is a business that believes in Footasylum's front-end Retail staff.

As a senior manager within Footasylum's stores, you will be responsible for overseeing your designated store’s daily operations. You will be able to develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales and profitability, adhere to company policies, and have the ability to market programs in ways that will increase sales and enhance the customer experience.

Footasylum invest in Footasylum's training and development and this role will be no different. About you:

  • The successful candidate must have passion for Fashion Retail and Footasylum's company ethos
  • You will have ideally worked previously in Fashion Retail
  • Previous managerial experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in managing, motivating and training a team
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Efficient and highly organised with a customer focused attitude
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the industry
