Maintenance Operative

Overview

As a Maintenance Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all requested repairs, both reactive and proactive, are executed to required standards within SLA deadlines. Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting repairs related to joinery, plumbing, and decorating.
• Managing your own workflow while collaborating with the team.
• Ensuring health and safety for all property users during maintenance works.
• Purchasing and managing materials through approved suppliers using a company account card.
• Maintaining company vehicles in a professional condition.

Working hours are flexible from Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours a day, between 08:00 and 18:00, to meet operational needs. You will also be required to participate in on-call duties on a rotational basis every three weeks, providing 24/7 emergency cover.

• A valid UK driver’s licence is essential.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the region and occasionally within the UK.
