The Requirements

• 5+ years as a Mechanical Project Manager or similar
• Experience in managing project teams to meet budget and timelines
• Ability to interpret specifications and manage procurement
• Experience coordinating M&E Services installations
• HNC/ONC in Building Services, IOSH, CSCS, SMSTS desirable
