Key Responsibilities:

  • Review the daily suite of availability reports and address any issues affecting product availability.
  • Conduct analyses with the web logistics team to identify potential stock issues before they escalate.
  • Monitor KPIs and escalate critical issues as needed.
  • Liaise with logistics teams and other departments to manage master and component SKUs.
  • Ensure floorplans align with store data and Planogram allocations.
  • Verify that planograms and gradings match physical store layouts.
  • Review new stores and ensure full availability of stock.
  • Collaborate with the team to address out-of-stock situations by finding replacements.
  • Work with buying and merchandising teams to phase out old stock.
  • Analyze profiles to ensure SKUs are appropriately stocked to avoid low stock situations.

Person Specification:

  • Experience in a logistics or merchandising role is desirable.
  • Able to code in SQL, with full training provided.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent analytical skills for interpreting data and making strategic decisions.
