Membership Sales Advisor

Overview

Location: Maidstone Leisure Centre

Working Hours/Pattern: 12 hours, Wednesday 2pm to 9pm and Thursday 9am to 2.30pm

Salary: £11.44 per hour + Commission + Excellent Benefits

At Maidstone Leisure Trust, Serco Plc aim to encourage active, healthy lifestyles in a friendly environment. Serco Plc is looking for a Membership Sales Advisor to help grow Serco Plc's leisure gym membership, swim lesson, and birthday party income.

As a Membership Sales Advisor, you will:

• Engage with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
• Ensure daily sales targets and KPIs are met.
• Promote Serco Plc's fantastic facilities to the local community.
• Assist other staff members as needed.

About You:
