About the Team: This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing Global team within Trade and Working Capital Solutions (TWCS). The Controls and Regulatory Management (C&RM) team is part of TWCS’ 1st line of defense, currently undergoing a comprehensive transformation program to standardize, simplify, and reduce risk.

About the Role: As the Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA) coordinator, you will oversee the MCA program's direction and facilitate collaboration with the Central Risk and Controls team. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Citi procedures and driving the strategic delivery of the MCA transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance oversight of MCA implementation and establish governance constructs.
• Deliver training relevant for all TWCS staff and organize workshops.
• Coordinate with Citi Programs and establish quality assurance standards.
• Act as a compliance and regulatory risk manager for TWCS.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Compliance or Operational Risk within financial services.
• Sound understanding of the Trade/Transaction banking business.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record in risk and control oversight.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
