Multi-Skilled Electrician

Overview

Valleys to Coast Housing is currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Electrician to join Valleys to Coast Housing's Llanw team. You will work both independently and as an electrical team member within the Property Services department. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintenance and installation of electrical equipment up to nominal low voltage on all Valleys to Coast and associated properties.
• Ensuring that all activities are carried out to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in accordance with BS 7671 and the Company’s policies and procedures.
• Utilizing your complimentary skills in other trade disciplines as needed for the benefit of the organization.
• Working in various maintenance disciplines, including outside normal hours, to maintain high standards.
• Maintaining a valid driving licence as it is required for this role.
