The Merchandising Supervisor role offers a starting salary of £12.49, rising to £13.00 per hour, which is equivalent to £22,731 rising to £23,660 per year, plus overtime.

At Dunelm, Dunelm's Merchandising Supervisors are essential to enhancing the customer experience and maintaining high store standards. You will collaborate with the Deputy and Store Manager to optimize store performance and may handle team briefs, key holding, and scheduling.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing the setup and execution of campaigns throughout the year, including seasonal promotions and sales.
• Collaborating with the Deputy Store Manager to identify sales opportunities with a focus on merchandising.
• Working closely with the Stock and Delivery Supervisor to maintain strong store standards.
