Overview

Job Title: Carpenter / Multi-trade

Location: London and Southeast (Driving Licence essential!)

Pay Rate: £20 per hour + company vehicle & fuel card provided (details below).

ARC (Norwich) Ltd's client, a well-established family-run maintenance contractor based in the South East, is seeking experienced multi-trade professionals for commercial maintenance and refurbishment works across London and the South East. The work primarily involves repairs and maintenance for a large pub chain at various locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance across pubs in your designated area.
• Provide excellent customer service while discussing necessary works with landlords.
• Travel around London and the South East, with travel time compensated by agreement.
• Work Monday to Friday, minimum 8 hours, with overtime opportunities available including weekends.

Requirements

• Experience in a multi-trade role.
• Skills in carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling, floor laying, bricklaying, or roofing are advantageous.
• Previous experience in commercial maintenance and repairs is essential.
